“CELOX PPH has revolutionised our department's approach to managing postpartum haemorrhage (PPH), offering an effective and user-friendly addition to our treatment arsenal. Over the past year, we have utilized CELOX PPH in 30 cases: 16 during caesarean sections, 11 during vaginal deliveries, twice for bleeding control following second-trimester abortions, and once as an adjunct in managing severe intra-abdominal bleeding after a complicated peripartum hysterectomy. Remarkably, the method succeeded in all but one instance, where additional intervention with selective embolization of pelvic vessels was required.
